Service Terms
- All services are provided as described in the service agreement
- Payment terms and conditions apply as outlined in your contract
- Intellectual property rights remain with Intelixsoft unless otherwise agreed
- Confidentiality obligations apply to both parties
- Service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in individual contracts
- Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice period
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
